PureCarbon was founded on the principle that the problem with the employment process is the process itself. If people power companies, and people in the wrong positions negatively affect a company’s bottom line, then it stands to reason that companies need to take a new look at the way employees are hired and retained. The current buzzword in the HR industry with regards to the employment process is "end-to-end" solution. However, the term is undefined and used at will to describe incomplete employment solutions. Where does an end-to-end solution begin and end? Does it begin with a job requisition and end when a candidate is hired? Does it begin with workforce planning and end with employee career development? PureCarbon believes there is no beginning or end to the process.
