Whilst most HR teams continue to work in the same way they have always done, HR Tech International develops game-changing hardware and software to enable in-house and external recruitment teams to proactively win the war on talent and retention. HR Tech is a dedicated team of researchers and developers who look to utilise all intelligence available to disrupt the status quo. This began as the first digital interviews in Hong Kong and has progressed through to self-learning software to identify correct hires through fully automated, lowering the bias of interviews and assessments.
