DueProps makes a fun web and mobile-based game out of saying thank you and recognizing stellar behavior and work (and other situations, such as classrooms). DueProps lets employees of a company easily award each other richly-illustrated stars (named "props") to reward each other for going above and beyond normal effort on a daily basis. The system is used to maintain high morale and retention on teams, particularly those filled with highly technical and creative talent. The DueProps point system can be used as the foundation for merit-based bonus programs. The company offers both simple subscription-based accounts, as well as, enterprise-grade consulting and custom deployments. DueProps entered private beta in July 2011 and soft launched into public beta in November 2011.
