Crowded believes that the job hunting and recruiting practices used in the last 30 years have stagnated and are no longer useful. They believe that when the so called résumé best practices are being followed by 99.9% of all job applicants, that the overall job hunting approach has hopelessly stalled using format from 30 years ago. Unique résumés make the news because they are the exception, the rare 1% that work outside the box. We took everything they hated with the job hunting process: creating the same profile career site after career site, employer after employer; dealing with "the job is on the external company website" message, and having to spent more time fixing a mangled import of a Word résumé and turned it all on its head. We have thrown out the rules of job hunting and resume writing, they no longer exist.
