coa, cuisine of asia, founded in 2005 by the brothers Constantin und Alexander von Bienenstamm, who grew up in Asia. Their aim was to establish an Asian, lifestyle-oriented fast-casual restaurant chain in Germany, thereby also following the trend for fresher and healthier food. This positioning enables them to achieve a clear demarcation from typical fast-food chains. In 2014, the company maintains seven of its own restaurants in Frankfurt, Mannheim and Stuttgart as well as two franchise operations in Berlin and Prague. Cooking is always carried out in front of the guest, who is thus able to check the freshness of the ingredients on the spot. Co-Investor has been overseeing the successful further development of the concept and the opening of new restaurants, providing know-how and capital, since the end of 2014.
