It has conducted direct investments for the last 21 years, supporting mid-sized companies in growth phases. Co-Investor Partner seeks to invest in companies ranking #1-3 in each market with double-digit underlying company&s;s growth, proven business models with at least EUR 10m in revenues and positive unit economics and energetic, visonary teams with proven managerial skills. Focused industries include Health-/Medtech/ Diagnostics, E-Commerce/ Retail Tech, SaaS/ Digital Services/ IT-Security, Advanced Materials/ Specialty Chemistry and Automation/ Robotics. The firms sweet spot are equity tickets between EUR 15-25 (including follow-on investments). Co-Investor Partners benefits from its highly professional investment team as well as its stable network of entrepreneurs that provide investment capital as shareholders of the group and co-investors for direct investments. Co-Investor Partners builds on a wealth of experience from more than 50 equity investments and has 11 active investments under management currently in various sectors. Among the successful investments are Mister Spex (partial exit through IPO), Fixatti (sold to listed chemical company Arkema), Euroimmun (sold to the US laboratory specialists PerkinElmer) and Casualfood (exit to Orior AG).
