WriteWork.com is an online library of essays, term papers, research papers, case studies, book reports &a; other peer-written academic materials with offices in the US and Brazil. The site was launched in 1995 as CheatHouse.com &a; created a lot of media attention due to the controversial nature of the name. The site grew rapidly as the community-drive business model of offering free access to the entire library of essays in exchange for donated essays from interested students proved to be very successfull. In 2008 the board of directors formed by Jens Schriver &a; Maximo Migliari concluded the controversial name of the website had to be dropped in favor of a name with more long term growth potential. The name was changed to WriteWork.com. WriteWork.com has over 350,000 customers, 115,000+ items on its essay library and over 1 million unique visitors a month in traffic ranking mainly from english speaking countries. The company was profitable since its launch and has never required funding. Writework maintains offices in the US &a; Brazil with a lean team of 12.
