Consumers then order these services like products by depositing funds into escrow and picking an opening on the contractor&s;s work calendar. After the work’s complete they release the funds. Not only does this technology provide consumers with true on-demand access to services but it also runs the contractor&s;s entire business. It provides them jobs, manages their schedule and ensures they get paid. Add a non-profit training program that pays people to learn a trade and you have solved both problems, worker shortage and reliability. Average people get a successful business doing what they want and this business gives us the leverage to enforce compliance.
