Wde Maspell designs and constructs dryers and ovens for the high temperature treatment of vacuum wood. Michel Jacquier. In 1994, with the creation of the new company WDE (Wood Drying Engineering), production underwent a considerable boost towards the optimization of production processes, bringing the construction standards of vacuum dryers to the highest quality levels. In 1997 this business model merged with the history of vacuum drying of wood under the name of WDE-MASPELL, a leading company in the sector with over 5000 customers worldwide. Since 2000, the construction and distribution network of WDE MASPELL in the Chinese market uses the partnership of GMI TIMBER DRYING EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING LIMITED (www.sesione.cn ), a company run by Mr. Raymond Yuen. In 2002, following the market needs, the WDE MASPELL BRASIL was founded, a totally Brazilian company run by Mr. Arnaldo Swalkin. In 2008 the technology of WDE-MASPELL meets, through a partnership regarding the Egyptian market, the VAC, a company headed by Mr. Gehad Zakaria. The vacuum drying system developed by Pagnozzi has attracted the worldwide interest of universities and research institutes applied to wood, which have carried out tests and purchased machinery in order to verify the validity of the method.
