Today the situation is that the health and safety specialist is occupied with bureaucracy than with preventive work for what she/he was hired in the first place. VITS is an online platform, where the health and safety specialist can conduct safety training, manage health checks and personal protective equipment, report incidents and assess risks. Our own algorithm, the safety index shows which employees need attention. Soon we will have KPI analytics, which helps to point out potential accidents probablity.
