SessionLab enables collaboration among trainers by providing an online platform to organize, create and share training materials and knowledge. While creating a training outline with TrainedOn, trainers can use shared materials from each other to build up their training. When they create something they want to share with others, then they have the possibility to publish their materials for money or for free. The community contributes to a common knowledge base, the quality increases as trainers build on each other’s knowledge. It will grow by the community efforts to peer review each other&s;s work. SessionLab creates e-portfolio for trainers: instead of questionable personal branding, the involvement in the community can validate someone’s expertise
