Toluu, which [launched](http://www.louisgray.com/live/2008/03/toluu-offers-gateway-to-friends-rss.html) in March 2008, is a service that helps frequent blog readers find other blogs and content sites that might interest them. As of March 29, 2008 the service is in private beta. Like the now deadpooled [ShareYourOPML](http://www.techcrunch.com/2006/05/07/share-your-opml/), users upload their OPML file of RSS feeds to the service (you can obtain this file from your RSS reader, it is simply a list of the feeds you read). Users then tell Toluu which of their feeds are their favorites, and the service returns matching users to you and recommends new feeds.
