Description
The Palace Theatre offers touring musicals were produced at the palace which also included a organ. Similar to the effects found in current roller rinks, the theatre&s;s skylight displayed a dome of red, blue, and green lights that would blink and flash in time with the music. Brass railings, colourful murals, black and white checkerboard tile floors, created floating baskets for flowers, and a cascading fountain with live animal were also present. A recording studio that created newsreels of current events to play on the theater&s;s cinema screen prior to shows was located below the theatre, along with a bowling alley, gaming room, and other facilities.
