SEInteractive was established in 1995 in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. The Fund is a venture stage investor and focuses exclusively on information technology and communication investments across industry verticals. The General Partners are experienced in the full cycle of venture capital investing: sourcing, analyzing, investing, building, recruiting, operating, financing and exiting from portfolio companies. SEInteractive has four funds, in which the General Partners have successfully managed investments in thirty-five companies. We believe that a proactive investment approach and a partnership with management are critical to achieving successful results. As a group, we have extensive entrepreneurial, strategic planning, operating, recruiting and financing experience. In addition, we are supported by a Technical Advisory Board and Venture Partners who are experienced industry leaders and provide technical, business and financial advice in connection with both investment opportunities and existing portfolio companies. Many of these advisors are also active personal investors in the Fund. The Fund maintains national and global networks through their co-investment and limited partners. The majority of investors in the firm are large, active private equity investors, many of whom are strategic and global.
