Solution Professional Consulting is an elite direct sales and marketing firm located in Dayton, Ohio. Since opening in 2016 we have already been recognized as a top firm nationwide and have doubled in size. To separate Solution Professional Consulting from other sales firms we focus most of our training on personal and professional development. Our core philosophy is creating an environment where dwelling on negativity is nonexistent. We shift the frame of thinking where our job is to identify things that need improvement, strategize how to best to make this happen, and then put it into action. Our company culture is competitive and collaborative. For some companies this would be unheard of; however, for us, this is our recipe for success! Every team member starts entry level and every other team member plays a role in each other’s success. This builds comradery and loyalty among our team as they go through the same development struggles even if it’s in different leadership levels. Top representatives become responsible for training new employees and everyone is given access for one on one mentoring with our CEO.
