Sitka Capital is an investment vehicle focused on pre seed and seed phases. Its founders Carlos Guerrero, Jaime Garrido, and Miguel Lobón invest in internet, technology-based startups with high growth potential and innovative business models with a maximum of 50,000 euros. Among their investment criteria they usually give priority to scalable business models, equipment, internationalization, growth capacity and differential technological aspects. Sitka Capital has a network of private investors called Sitka Ban, which aims to spread the culture of Venture Capital in Spain. Therefore, it intends to create the largest business angel community in Europe and give way to two problems in the investment ecosystem: Improve the Deal Flow and the lack of Investors in Series A onwards. For now, Sitka Ban has reached quality deal flow exchange agreements with the most prestigious global startup accelerators, as well as involving Venture Capital from cities such as Berlin, Paris and London in its investor unions.
