A lot of infrastructure in cities is under-utilized because it is private behind gates. SensoDrive Technology is a startup cleantech enterprise that creates smart-data/IOT solutions to enable building owners to offer underutilized amenities (parking, lockers, bike station) for public use. This allows owners to enjoy additional revenue streams and users to enjoy on-demand access to a wide variety of amenities while increasing public good – efficient building/space use, reduced congestion, less fuel use &a; pollution. Our first product SensoKonnect™ creates trusted and secure GreenMobilityHubs™ from underutilized parking and EV-charging stations of buildings and allows users to access them via their smartphone. SensoKonnect has been operational in the multi-story parking space of a downtown Vancouver building in the past 4 months. Over 40 clients have actively used the space for parking in over a thousand instances using SensoDrive’s mobile app. The technology has been debugged and is ready for deployment in multiple buildings. SensoDrive is already in discussions with 2 owners to install SensoKonnect in 5 additional buildings.
