Secours Catholique-Caritas France is a non-profit association under the 1901 law. Like any associative structure, it is made up of a General Assembly , which meets once a year, a Board of Directors which meets every month, and an office which includes the president, two vice-presidents , the treasurer, an adviser on international affairs and a secretary. The executive management of the association is ensured by a Management Committee made up of 7 directors and the general delegate . Employees, the members of the Management Committee are responsible for preparing and implementing the strategic decisions of the Board of Directors. Appointed by the Board of Directors from a list of candidates approved by the Permanent Council of the Conference of Bishops of France, the Delegate General appoints the directors after consulting the Board of Directors.
