Each piece then tumbles through the waves and, with time, the jagged sides become smooth and the glass transforms into a treasure. We understand that you may be feeling broken right now. Much like the journey of sea glass, you too may be feeling lost at sea as you struggle with the trials and tribulations of the human experience. We are here to help you navigate through this difficult time in your life. You are not alone. Sea Glass Mental Health is a woman-owned and solution-focused practice that is committed to helping our clients become the best and healthiest versions of themselves. We work with individuals and couples from all walks of life, utilize modern evidence-based practices and provide practical tools to achieve sustainable results. Our experienced and knowledgeable licensed therapists believe in an integrated, collaborative and individualized treatment model. We understand that mental health is not a “one size fits all” approach. We currently offer individual and couples Telehealth counseling services primarily to Arizona residents who are ages 15+. Our licensed therapists work with a wide variety of issues/topics/ populations including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ASD, grief, ADHD, self-esteem, acute, complex and chronic trauma, relationship issues, stress, behavioral issues, addiction, family conflict, LGBTQIA+ issues, unhealthy relationships with food, mood disorders, personality disorders, sleep issues, parenting, divorce, spirituality, attachment, and more.
