Lios, formerly Restored Hearing, was founded in 2009 by Rhona Togher and Eimear O’Carroll. Our company mission of eradicating noise pollution is achieved through the development of materials which reduce the initial risk of exposure to loud noise and technologies which alleviate damage after it has occurred.
