I am Alexander. I&s;m 26 years old and I work as a Senior User Experience designer, specializing in Customer Experience and Conversion rate optimization. I&s;m currently working and living out of Oslo, Norway. I love problem-solving, and UX design is a process of solving problems. I like to think of myself as a Design Detective, getting to the root cause of why people have certain feelings about your product. It&s;s not just what you do; it&s;s also what you don&s;t do. As an 11-year-old, I already started programming my own websites and programs for the PC game The Sims. Working closely with Electronic Arts, I learned an incredible amount in development, design, marketing, and my website ended up being the largest The Sims website in Norway. As a skilled entrepreneur, I&s;ve been able to use my creativity and problem-solving skills in designing several products, both physical and digital. In the past few years alone, I have started a few companies including an online store for home decor along with complex solutions for larger ERP markets - all of which have allowed me to develop strong business acumen that can be applied across various industries. Whether it&s;s creating brands or working on design projects from start to finish using new technologies like AR; you&s;ll find my professional approach is always endearing and effective as we work together towards your goals. I&s;m really passionate about UX design and I see it as a process of problem-solving. The core for any conversion optimization campaign is to understand the user&s;s needs, desires, behaviors, motivations, etc., which is why we start by conducting research - both qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (analysis).
