Besides organizations would also need to individually acquire/develop skills for assessing the needs and develop compliance methodologies. Thus the manufacturer/producer is better off in employing a competent organization which shoulders the producer’s responsibility on his behalf, supports compliance with the laid down rules and regulations and provides necessary management information and product support system to minimize the use of resources and costs.
