Qphia is the quest for philosophical answers, a social network with a focus on intelligent thought and philosophy. The site encourages everybody to join in and ask any question they like, and in exchange community members are able to leave philosophical and insightful answers to these questions. By encouraging engaging, intelligent debate, it is hoped that the site will open more people up to thinking more comprehensively about the world around them, creating a community of intelligent thinkers and spawning a new community ethos through thought and debate. It is hoped that if this ethos could be carried into the wider world, it may be possible to realise a more effective political landscape, based on actuality and thought instead of power and greed.
