Major Aide gathers information about academic courses from higher schools including school location, study costs, nearby objects (markets, stores, cultural objects, etc.). The core of the Major Aide is two algorithms: 1. Indexing, ranking and linking a lot of factors related to the academic courses and higher schools: course parameters, school parameters, campus parameters, geographical data, other users&s; impressions. 2. Learning the user&s;s preferences (what are the most important factors in search for them are what are the least). These algorithms are used in order to present users with the most relevant search results.
