LOEK! is not just an idea. This brand new view on building management has been triggered by more than 30 years of practical experience. From the idea that a lot of time, money and energy can be saved, if all parties could work together in an easy way. Founder and founder Kees van Iwaarden (1965) started as a chemical analyst at a roof roller manufacturer almost 30 years ago and has never left the roofers world. As a salesman of roof renovation projects, he was in contact every day with housing cooperatives, municipalities and tenants. And later, as the owner of his own roofing company, investors and real estate managers joined.
