In addition, landlords see this difficult management facilitated and their profit optimized, due to the services that are also provided in a digital format and that improve the tenant&s;s user experience. Online booking, online check- in, documentation processes (digital signature, legalization, etc...), personal control of cleaning and maintenance, economic management of the accommodation or checkout are some of the services that both tenant and owner can use with our application. In 2018, SGR after a digital transformation process carried out in 2017, gets its first seed round of 100K, which allows it to grow exponentially and have a presence in 5 countries within the EU. (Spain, Portugal, UK, France and Italy). Our goal is to continue to grow and become a leading company in the sector, through innovation and implementation of improvements, while maintaining our values: digitalization and scalability.
