Founded in 2010, Le15 started as a small patisserie that retailed cupcakes &a; macarons but today is a cult food &a; dessert brand in India. The Le15 empire today includes a flagship Cafe, multiple patisserie stores, a studio workshop, a line of best-selling cookbooks by Chef Pooja and a team of over 80 people.
