Description
We recycle single use plastic bags, polyethylene, LDPE, HDPE grade granules and turn them into synthetic rubber sheets using our proprietary formula. More than 570 metric tons of plastics recycled by our plant every year. Our synthetic rubber sheets are used in local footwear industry, cattle farms and bag-luggage industry. Proprietary formula is used for converting waste plastic materials into rubber. Also we use reclaimed rubber from footwear, tire industry in our manufacturing process. Which reduces overall carbon emissions globally and reduce flowing of plastic bags into ocean or river bed. Every kilogram of fossil-based plastic produced, there is between 1.7 and 3.5 kilograms of carbon dioxide released. By our special formula and engineering we reduce overall plastic pollution.
