As a specialized SaaS-enabled marketplace for tools and special equipment with built-in financial and insurance services KINOSK services both B2B and B2C customers. In our pilots we have proved that by using KINOSK’s services rental companies immediately benefit from a better business profitability, increasing management efficiency as well as from higher customer loyalty. Furthermore, by making rental deals on the KINOSK marketplace customers also benefit from a seamless and transparent rental process and a higher confidence in fair rental deals. KINOSK’s target group is small and middle size rental companies with annual revenues below €0,4М, which makes up to 80% of all rental companies (50K+ in Europe) and generates about a half of the total rental revenues (€27B in Europe). To lock in rental companies within our solution, we use a basic free-of-charge version of SaaS as an acquisition tool.
