University Technology Incubator is a department of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, which aims its activities to support start-ups. Incubator support newly created businesses by more favorable lease at lower prices than normal market prices as also package of support services. The aid is intended for all candidates who have not yet established firms and entrepreneurs who founded their company only recently. University Technology Incubator of Slovak Technical University in Bratislava was established with funds from the EU funds under Development Grant Scheme Innovation and Technology - INTEG (PHARE CBC Slovakia - Austria). For the first time its premises in the building at Pionierskej street in Bratislava were opened on 28th of November 2005. The incubator is located on the third and on the second floor of a building with a total area of 1800 m2. Office space for rent, to be young companies is 866 m2. Companies can rent an area of approximately 15, 30 and 47 m2.
