Indus Teqsite operates a 100,000 sq ft production facility at Siruseri Technology Park, Chennai, situated in 5.75 acres of land. It houses state-of-art SMT fabrication and inspection unit. This unit includes multi-stage re-flow soldering stations for BGA and high density packages, soldering stations, inspection tools, mechanical assembly area, environmental test equipment including humidity, temperature cycling, burn-in ovens and vibration table for meeting reliability and quality requirements.
