Description

Held &a; Ströhle in Schillerstraße is expanded in 1998 into the Volkswagen Center, and a ŠKODA regional dealer agreement is added. It is during this same year that Audi begins construction on the Ulm Center. The majority of the Held &a; Ströhle group of companies is owned by the Munich-based MAHAG GmbH. The companies Held (Ulm) and Ströhle (Neu-Ulm) merged in 1990. The two companies will now be known as Held &a; Ströhle Group. A Porsche Center is opened in Ulm-Donautal the same year. The Held &a; Ströhle Group purchases the Eberhardt company in 1992.
