The negative impacts on the health and well-being of staff are damaging the reputation of the industry, adding to pressures faced by frontline staff. Organisation led initiatives are failing and engagement from those affected is poor. Healthy Hero is aiming to become the leading, employee led health and well-being platform for healthcare staff. Through the development of our employee facing platform, we help healthcare staff actively engage in their own health and well-being, whilst providing us with data that supports the development of systems that will help organisations improve their staff retention figures and reduce staff sickness.
