We make mental health accessible to everyone through Physical and Virtual Sessions, thus making these world class services accessible near you. (Note: Physical House Calls are also offered yet only on Doctor&s;s availability in following areas of Lahore: DHA, Cavalry Ground, Cantt, Askari 10 and Askari 11) Our staff of nine, including representatives in Pakistan, US &a; Turkey is here to support your vision and unlock your inner shine. We exclusively use EI Competency Profiler, Psychometric Evaluations, CBT, DBT, REBT, Psychological First Aid, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. HAPPEINESS is featured as one of the leading therapy centers in Asia, as seen on Psychology Matters Asia, the definitive guide which lists a handful of the top psychologists and therapists in Asian Countries. We strive to operate on a not for profit model and only charge the costs of sessions, rather than the actual prices, and provide support material, free of any charge. These costs also go towards helping people in need of mental health support across Pakistan. By doing so, we uphold our ethos of helping individuals and serving Pakistan and the World in becoming emotionally intelligent and psychologically self sufficient. HAPPEINESS has the honor of being the first and only Pakistani Organization included in the list of Graduate Owned Ventures in The Bank of America Institute at Cornell University, USA.
