Good samaritan network grew out of a collection of existing initiatives and services. GSN is a network of the county non-profits that aid in evaluating clients genuine requirements and assisting them with county wide support services while reducing duplication of effort. The clients benefit from the services of an umbrella group that coordinates multiple response initiatives and offers numerous options for them, including CICN is a virtual database of client support and activity that gives churches and institutions a reliable way to evaluate references and make decisions before servicing a client  gives at risk persons with the essential tools for developing particular and definite abilities, empowering, via a series of designed courses that provides at-risk individuals with the necessary resources for developing unique and defined abilities.
