Milo wasn’t just designed for doctors, it was designed for every user in your animal hospital as well as every client you see. Designing for all of these different end users gives your team and your customers the best experience possible. One of the most unique things about Milo was how it was built. Before we sold our software to others, we built it for ourselves. Milo was created inside animal hospitals that we worked in after we grew frustrated from the status quo: multiple windows open, repetitive data entry and an error-prone interface. Although we no longer operate any animal hospitals, we have the same mission today as we did when we were founded: to make teams that work in the animal healthcare industry happy.
