Founded in 2004 in a public-private partnership, FITCI is supported by the Frederick County, City of Frederick, State of Maryland (Department of Business &a; Economic Development-DBED), Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO), and the local business community. Located at 4539 Metropolitan Court in Frederick, FITCI is home to a number of emerging biotechnology and information technology companies.
