First Venturing is a History is made by change. And the history of business is no different. To paraphrase Joseph Schumpter, one of the most influential economists of the 20th Century, the problem that is usually being visualised is how capitalism administers existing structures, whereas the relevant problem is how it created them, through new products, services, processes and business models. The challenge is foreseeing change before it impacts the status quo. The imperative is to have the capability to adapt to it. The aspiration is to envision and lead that change.
