The History of Fashion Cents Fashion Cents was established in 2012, when founder, Brittany Allen noticed a gap in the Strasburg area for an affordable community shopping destination. She dreamt of opening a store that would provide necessities for the entire family - a “one-stop shop”. Her desire to give back to the community coupled with a caring and generous heart, led her down the path to creating exactly what she had envisioned. One move, several in-store expansions, and a 3rd location later, Fashion Cents has become exactly what she had envisioned and more.
