Route220 was founded in 2014 as innovative start up with the aim of providing a revolutionary and complete service for the ev-drivers, improving the time of the charging, promoting the business and touristic facilities and the territories that believe in sustainable mobility. Hence the idea of evway: a complete service including the charging station, the digital platform and innovative services for e-mobility and the sustainable drivers. The evway App, developed by Route220, provides a complete and interactive mapping of all charging stations in Italy and Europe, together with the mapping of the nearby points of interest and facilities (https://evway.net/app/). The map becomes a way to give visibility and to promote all facilities that offer the ev-drivers the charging service. evway is the first Italian network that is interoperable with other European networks: the charging stations of Route220 can be activated with the evway App and other European Apps that belong to the network; at the same time the App allows to manage the charge on more than 18.000 European charging points of this network. This way the ev-driver will easily find the charging station that better suits his needs and manage the charging, making the best of his time, transforming the pause into a real experience. The evway network is open to all operators that, just like us, believe in the interoperability of the charging stations as useful tool for the development of electric mobility. evway is the European network, innovative and dynamic, whose numbers are steadily increasing: • &g;200.000 charging points in Europe; • &g;90.000 charging points in Europe that can be activated with App or KeyHanger; • &g;330 installed charging points in Italy; • + 10.000 downloads of the App; • 750.000 users in the whole of Europe. The company has its registered office in Milan and 3 operating offices in Bolzano, Trento and Ivrea. Franco Barbieri, President and founder of the company, shares his idea with Carolina Solcia, Chief of Execution, both with years of experience in the field of the management and now playing a leading role for electric mobility and in Route220. During the years the team has increased and now has 12 co-workers, professionals in the different fields such as sales &a; marketing, communication, tourism marketing, EVSE technology, digital platform and database management.
