Eventap enables users to create events within seconds using their existing Address Book contacts. We have implemented features that make the event creation process simple, intuitive, and enables you to extend the potential reach of an event to those on and off of the Eventap platform. Eventap can be used for any type of &s;micro event&s; -- a pre-game, dinner party, family get-together, drinks with co-workers, birthday party, or lunch with friends. With Eventap, a host can now create an event, tap into an existing address book, and send out an invite to guests via SMS. Host&s;s can create guest lists – for friends, co-workers, sorority sisters or fraternity brothers --that can be edited, deleted, and used for quick invitations. When creating an event, a host simply taps the specific guest list to send invites. Guest&s;s invited to an event through Eventap can request a +1 from the host by selecting a contact from their Address Book. Events on Eventap have a live comment thread.
