Ekogridit detects data from the components present in the field (SCADA) and crosses them with data from other sources able to provide useful information to understand the operating status of the system and above all necessary to be able to discriminate the severity level of the detected malfunction be able to intervene efficiently. It is important, in any troubleshooting activity, to be able to discriminate between "alarm" and "fault" and especially in this second case, to identify the causes in order to better address the actions necessary for the removal of the fault.
