Ecowrap is a tech-based reverse supply chain model solely focused on waste segregation at the source and providing required infrastructure to waste generators to bring back these waste materials into the value chain. The entire solution is automated by algorithms derived through data analysis. We provide all required infrastructure including free IoT-enabled dustbins, Training, DoorStep waste collection service further, to promote waste segregation we incentivize waste generators on the basis of rating of segregation. We also provide auto-generated waste audit reports (Detailed waste generating pattern/Data) which help users to reduce their waste. We save waste from getting contaminated through four-category primary segregation and their tradable value remains intact. Ecowrap is a one-stop solution for waste segregation, collection, tracking, recycling and up-cycling. We also developing a marketplace so that our user can redeem the incentives he gets for waste segregation. Our IoT-enabled dustbins share real-time data of waste along with precise location. On the basis of this data our algorithm designs, the shortest path to collect waste from all the uses. Financial viability is a major challenge for a commercial entity in this sector. In our model, we overcame the challenge of financial viability by reducing contamination and adding an extra buffer of up-cycled &a; FMCG products in our revenue stream. We made this model scalable by developing a single platform and aggregating logistics, recycling, up-cycling &a; FMCG vendors.
