Diamond Hard Surfaces has developed a process to create amorphous diamond-like carbon coatings at lower temperatures (&l;50oC) and in thicker layers (up to 20 microns) than existing processes. Diamond Hard Surfaces coatings have the extreme surface characteristics of diamond such as low coefficient of friction and excellent wear properties. In addition, carbon is inert to almost everything and so is an excellent barrier against chemical corrosion.
