Corporate Leadership Center is a unique, collaborative business-academic forum that augments and accelerates the development of tomorrow&s;s corporate leaders and advances business leadership practices. Corporate Leadership Center was founded in 2002 by Sheila Penrose and Cheryl Francis, whose experience and insight in executive management, board governance and business education roles prompted their decision to launch the Center, to bring together the best of the corporate and academic worlds in a collaborative partnership. Corporate Leadership Center offers two leadership development programs: CEO Perspectives, in con-junction with Kellogg School of Management and Chicago Booth School of Business, and Leading Women Executives. CEO Perspectives is one of the premier programs in the nation offered specifically for executives that are making the transition from strong functional expertise to C-level management responsibility and need to embrace an enterprise-wide agenda. It is an integrated learning experience that combines the latest frame-works from leading academics with unique access to candid dialogue with over two dozen sitting CEOs, while also drawing from the program participants themselves - a diverse group of top executives.
