Connector Optics is the first and only Russian manufacturer of epitaxial plates for high-speed vertical-emitting lasers (VCSEL) and photodiodes. Solutions offered by the company based on high-speed VCSEL spectral range of 850 nm allow data to be transmitted via optical communication channels with a speed of more than 25 Gbit / s per channel. Connector Optics has its own production facilities for the design and manufacture of innovative nanotechnology products for various purposes: laser diodes, including vertical-emitting lasers (VCSEL); pin photodiodes; Microwave transistors and diodes, and other devices of opto- and microwave electronics. The production complex of the company includes a modern industrial installation of molecular beam epitaxy Riber 49, equipped with various sources of materials, and advanced monitoring and diagnostic equipment.
