Circadian Therapeutics develops drugs that derive their therapeutic effects through modulation of the control of sleep and circadian rhythm. Circadian rhythms are essential for leading the human body through its daily cycle, governing a number of factors such as body temperature, cardiovascular efficiency, melatonin production, and, crucially, sleep.
