BreathalEyes developed its unique smart phone app because the market needed it. The app serves a potentially life-saving purpose: to instantly and inexpensively test an intoxicated person&s;s Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) via one of the most accurate means available - Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN). The test tracks the involuntary fluctuations of the pupil as the eye looks at one position to the side of the face. This technology has never been available on a smart phone device.
