They can choose a facility (optional) and/or selectively choose applicants based off the merits of their resume and filmed interview. They then package together their needs and the operation comes to life through digital confirmation (email/SMS driven.) Client has the ability to negotiate with salary and applicants have the ability to accept/reject offers. Once finalized, approved applicants arrive at facility wherein their time is logged through platform (white-listed to specific static IPs) and their payroll is automagically generated from time-in &a; time-out through platform.
