They intend on expanding the existing Palo Alto bar, and make it a showpiece. They also intend on increasing current restaurant pricing 15-20% to be in the 85% (average) price range for food in Palo Alto. In addition they intend on capitalizing on patio seating, free parking garage (literally across the street), live music permit (heavily restricted in PA But they have one!), an unique food product to PA (BBQ), new, innovative foods and a themed restaurant that will automatically draw people back. Kenneth brings over 18 years (institutional and private) restaurant specific business as well as 11 years of running a multi million dollar healthcare business. Ed brings an PitMaster history with smoking and BBQ specialties. He will expand on his creative menu with fresh, locally sourced, organically grown veg plates, fresh seafood, smoked prime rib, and an plethora of very creative BBQ and Smoked meats and vegetable options. Their menu will be divided by the US based 4 regions of BBQ (Texas, Carolina&s;s, Kansas City, and Memphis) Guests will be invited to choose items from either one region or mix and match... there of course will be a large variety of matching alcoholic (and non) beverages and dess.
